HERE. The Amazing Scavenger Hunt Adventure
The scavenger hunt will take you through the city to see Nashville landmarks both well-known and less prominent, and each stop and challenge will remind you of our incredible history. It all starts at the Country Music Hall of Fame, where an expansive museum collection features fascinating relics from the genre’s history. You may see Elvis’ limousine, plus instruments and gear used by everyone from Hank Williams to Carrie Underwood.
Continuing the dive into Nashville’s music, the hunt will lead you to the Schermerhorn Symphony, as well as the star-studded Walk of Fame. The hunt even features a stop at the Ernest Tubb Record Shop, which has purveyed county and bluegrass music, merch, and memorabilia since 1947, when it was first opened by the Grand Ole Opry legend. Beyond the music, you’ll stop by other sites of cultural and historical significance, such as the Capitol Building and war memorials. You’ll also swing by the storied Hermitage Hotel, a luxury Beux-Arts masterpiece that has hosted famous guests for more than a century.
A Downtown Tour
While the scavenger hunt only covers about two miles, you may be surprised by how much incredible history and culture you can find densely packed downtown in the Music City. If you’re hosting out of town guests that weekend, this excursion would be a fantastic way to give them a crash course in Nashville history while exploring the city sites.
